Join our team at Saifee Signs (www.SaifeeSigns.NET) as part of our office / sales admin to help us meet our growing sales in signs, vehicle wraps and tradeshow graphics.

SUMMARY
=========
Provide administrative support to Sales Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
========================
* Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
* Interact with clients, vendors and visitors
* Respond to correspondence containing routine sales inquiries, through phone calls and emails
* Create and modify documents such as price quotes, invoices, reports using Microsoft Word and Excel, and QuickBooks
* Set up and coordinate meetings with clients and vendors
* May conduct research and compile data to assist Sales staff
* Support staff in assigned project based work
* Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies
* Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports (hard copies & electronic)
* Other duties as assigned

ADDITONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
==========================
* Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
* Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
* Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
* Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages
* Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment

* Is willing to learn and able to participate in training programs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
===============================
* Computer literate
* Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, copiers and fax machines
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
======================
* At least three 2 - 3 years’ experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
* Must be computer literate
* Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
* Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping
* Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
